small things to do that make your mind feel clearer
- close all your internet tabs except the one you’re using
- delete all your text messages
- delete negative people from social networks
- throw some things away. just throw them away
- tidy your desk. make a blank surface
- drink 3 glasses of water
- open the curtains
- wash your face and brush your teeth
There are two reasons why we don’t trust people. First - we don’t know them. Second - we know them.
I feel like everyday we have thousands of thoughts that go through our mind, things that will be forgotten within minutes. I brought a journal so i can write down my thoughts, my ideas, goals, beauty tips, hopes, jokes and drawings. I want too fill up my journal and then look back and read how much we change as we grow. I want to document my life, the moments that we tend too forget. I want too keep my memory forever, in this little book. xx
In French, you don’t really say “I miss you.” You say “tu me manques,” which is closer to “you are missing from me.” I love that. “You are missing from me.” You are a part of me, you are essential to my being. You are like a limb, or an organ, or blood. I cannot function without you.
